Legnaia - unit 1

Legnaia, whose name means woodshed, was converted from the original woodshed of the property, part of an ancient convent.

The country home sits in the center of the property and is accessed from a welcoming terraced patio at the front of the house. The large arched glass doors lead you right into the welcoming open living area, with lounge, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.

The back of the house hosts a double and a twin bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. In the mezzanine below the lounge sits two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room.

The front terrace is equipped with table, chairs, loungers, BBQ and umbrellas.

Porcilaia - unit 2

Porcilaia, whose name means pigsty, was converted from the original pigsty of the property, part of an ancient convent.

The house sits on the left corner of the property and is accessed from a welcoming terraced patio at the front of the house.

Porcilaia is endowed with a large open living area, cleverly organized to fit a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a modern kitchen and dining area.

The back of the house hosts a double and a twin bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.

The front terrace is equipped with table, chairs, loungers, BBQ and umbrellas.

Fienile - unit 3

Fienile, whose name means hay barn, is the newest unit at Borgo la Chiusa, it was totally restored in 2014, using top quality materials.

It develops over two floors, a surface of 200 square metres, private gated garden with views, sunshine and shade.

Accessed through a private gate, the luxury villa boasts a grand entrance with a 3 metre arch and an elegant staircase. Below sits a bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a wonderful open space kitchen/living room of 60 sq metres leading straight into the garden. A marvellous stone fireplace sits at the centre of the living room.

On the first floor sit 3 double and 1 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.

The marvellous original brick structure offers magnificnet lighting and views over the rolling countryside.
